Create the first administrator

Works only while no admin exists, and only with the bootstrap code stored in the project's secrets. Afterwards, admins invite everyone else.

First, the project owner adds a Lovable Cloud secret named ADMIN_BOOTSTRAP_CODE with a value they personally choose, at least 12 characters long: More → Cloud → Secrets → Add secret. Then enter that same value here.

This is a one-time safeguard for creating the first administrator. Do not paste the code into project chat or store it in frontend code.
